Cancel my insurance Now!!!

I SAID CLOSE MY INSURANCE!?!! I HAVE 2 INSURANCES NOW ON FINTIRE LIKE WHAT THE HELL??? After i lost my phone and had to claim and wait 3 weeks for the whole process, I sent out an email and told the guy working at Markham to not include me in the monthly insurances, why am I still been charged for the last 2 months now ?????? CLOSE IT!!!!
