Can't get through to the Sales Department for Cell C insurance

<p>For the past 5 months I have not been able to get hold of an agent at this pathetic call centre. I stay on hold for 10 - 15min and my line gets cut all the time. This is highly irritating as I need to insure my devices but no one is ever availabe to assist me with that!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
