C-sure/Finrite are *****s!

I have an insurance policy with Finrite/C-sure. My Blackberry Passport took a nasty fall in August 2016 and the screen shattered. Although the device still worked, I took it in to a Cell C store so they could send it to C-sure to be evaluated, 4 weeks later they got back to me saying the device is beyond economical repair and I can choose another device. Keep in mind that my phone is insured to the value of R10 000. They then proceed to offer me either a Sony Z5, Huawei G8 or Samsung Galaxy A5, of which I was not interested because why must I settle from pre-decided list of phones? So the call centre agent says he will send a request to the supplier to see if they have stock of a Note 5. Two weeks later and still no feedback, so I call back because nobody has the decency to call me back. I am then advised that Note 5 has been discontinued. I ask what devices are available and still i get given Huawei G8 or Samsung Galaxy A5, Sony Z5 is also suddenly discontinued. After throwing my toys out the cot the agent suddenly states that I can claim for a Huawei P9 on Friday 11 November 2016, I say ok send it to Cell C Southgate mall and he says that phone will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. Today (23 August 2016) I call to follow up on delivery status and the agent informs me that Huawei P9 is also discontinued and they can only offer me Huawei G8 , Samsung Galaxy A5 or Sony Z5 compact. So if my insurance covered for R10,000 why am I being offered a Huawei G8 which costs R6,299 , Samsung Galaxy A5 which costs R4,249 or Sony Z5 compact which costs R6,999? Why dont they work like other insurance companies and pay the money to Cell C stores who have stock on the devices? I have been to multiple Cell C stores who have stock of the Note 5, Z5 and P9? What do I do now? I feel like im being forced into settling for a device that I do not want although I have been paying my insurance premium. Where do I go from here? Please help!
