<p>On the 19th Feb I lost my phone I reported it same time n it was blocked.on the 23rd I went to cell c store festival mall Kempton park to submit my insurance claim documents and the lady told me that that's all she can do I need to call them my self and follow up to find if thy got my documents...ok fine since that day i have been calling Finrite with no help.I called they confirmed receiving the docs,I called again to the how far and I was told that I need to pay R250 and send them POP and call again to check if they have received it.I did that n was told that my handset is been ordered I should receive in the nxt 2weeks that was on the 1st of march.last week Friday I called again checking if I was ordered no1 answered only machine "we are experiencing high call volume plz be patient"for 30 minutes and mind you m using non cell c number cos I don't have cell c aim which is charging me for those calls.yesterday I called again n i spoke to simphiwe n he put me on hold for up until my call was cut off that was after 20 minutes of holding.today I won't to cell c store in festival mall to see if I can use their phone n thy said their phonesdont have airtime.PLEASE I NEED SUM1 TO INTERVENE I NEED MY PHONE BACK.</p>
