By far the worst insurance company ever

I processed my claim in July 2021 and I haven't received my phone yet. They keep telling me that I will be contacted by the replacement department, 4 months later still nothing. Everytime I call now they hang up on me, if I ask to speak to a supervisor, I'm always told they are in meetings. They are so unprofessional and unreliable. Worst insurance company ever.
