Bring Back my phone please

So my phone is insured with Finrite via Edcon. I brought it in for a shattered screen on 1 September, after which I was told to check in 3 weeks later. I did so and when I arrived at the store was told my phone hadn't been serviced yet. We phone Finrite and then was told that my insurance had been cancelled for \reasons unknown"To which I asked for an investigation and I am STILL being given the run-around. I was then told"
