Billed for Insurance on Contract that Expired 6 Months ago

Billed for Insurance on Contract that Expired 6 Months ago I have cancelled my insurance on a monthly basis for the last 6 months, hoping every month that this would be the last time I am charged. The contact that the insurance was taken out on, has long since expired, but I still get billed. Every month I phone an query, and every month i'm assured, it is, indeed, now cancelled. But this is never the case. Absolutely shocking. 2x 30min phone calls today, and still no end in sight.
