beyond angry(useless finrite)

i am beyond angry at finrite my phone has been at the shop since last year november and every time i called sport scene they told me that they requested finrite to come collect the phone as me and my mom(account holder) has filled all the forms require and submitted all the documents they asked for but i still dont have my phone,the guy at sportscene gave me finrtite's number because he said there is not much he can do i call finrite twice in a week but they keep saying sorry for the delay they will go fetch the phone at the store yesterday i called again and spoke to the rudest person ever who gave me so much attitude when i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he told me they are busy

its going to 7 month without my phone but the minute you skip a payment for just a month they will be calling you everyday till you pay and even sent smses hence they are unable to assist if you guys dont wanna fix my phone i want it back ill fix it myself and i want to cancel this useless insurance all you guys want is the money but you do not do what you get paid to do im very sick of your service,and if we dont call they dont bother calling to give us an update FOR 7 MONTHS.
