Being Taken For A Fool by Finrite

I've never seen such incompetence and abuse. After waiting for almost two full months for Finrite to replace my device they decided to give me a J5 prime a phone that's worth more than a R1000 less than what a J7 Prime is worth after they've asked for proof that my phone was a J7 prime and not a J5 and this morning it's delivered and it's a J5 Prime after i've been paying insureance for a J7 prime what kind of *******s are they? What kind of a fool do they think i am? They really thought i wouldnt see the difference? This insurance is so abusive i cannot believe this. I must now wait again for them to come pick up their phone and replace my J7 Prime.
