Been Trying to Cancel Insurance for 6 Months. Consultants hang up.

I have been trying to cancel 2 cell phone insurances for 6 months. I have a long string of emails with very little feedback or replies. I have attempted calling to cancel by calling in but consultants hang up on me if I speak about canceling. Tried canceling it through Telkom in May as well. I have escalated it and am still getting nowhere. None the less, no more debit orders are going off my account anymore. Absolutely pathetic service.
