BAD services- finrite (vodacom insurance)

Th company made no contact with cleints and just started deducting money as part of the Vodacom insurance. Thye are terrible in providing advice, tracing people whom they provide services to and cannot even take the time to answer questions related to one's policy. I have one have never even seen a policy document from them but somehow I am a member of theirs because of vodcom. They don't even acknowledge when e-mails have been sent as quries…...VERY POOR.
