bad service/*******

This company is a joke!!! I have received terrible treatment form Finrite. I have been waiting for my phone to be repaired for almost a month now. When I call those stupid consultants are telling me the same story that they still busy with it and they not allowing me to speak to the manager, it has been long now and I have lost my patience!!! I want my phone back and I want ombudsmen to interfere now!! because am paying thousands every month for something am not even using. No customer service at all, made a greatest mistake of my life to join telkom i wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!!!!!! I demand a manager to sort my claim asap!!! I will not continue with this company after all the bad service I have received! now i just want my broken phone back and all the premiums i've paid. this is just unacceptable!!!!!!!!!
