bad service untrustable

hi i was covered under telkom insurance with finrite. the most untrustable worst treatment, It been 2 months now and i still havnt received my phone,they said 2days after payment has been made for the claiming fee that i made on th 27th of july till this day nothing has been done. they will offer u a cheaper brand thn what you been paying for whn you voice out that you want what you paid for they leave you dail or put u on hold until you hang up
