Bad service i have ever experienced

What a bad experience I had with edgars cellphone insurance company ,I put in a claim nd was send back nd forth wasting petrol for nothing nd I was told by Lloyd the supervisor to send my proof of payment of the access paid to his personal email guess what I did nd never received any response as promised,I have been trying to call u on the call centre line been holding for like years,I think with the money that I have already spent on petrol ,telephone calls I should have bought myself a new cell phone to avoid his misery ,poor consultants at the store wish to assist but ur poor processes frustrates them !!!
