Bad service from Telkom mobile

I app**** for a phone online, upon delivery it had no charger. I was not informed telephonically that the phone does not come with a charger. Upon calling them for cancellation I am taken from pillar to post. When you call they say go to the store, when you go to the store they say call the online people. Tried sending an email 4 days ago , only received a reference . Now they say they can't take the phone nor give me a charger.so am I supposed to buy myself a charger? ***
