Bad service from Finrite- Calls not answered at all!

I purchased a phone at Edgars on the 25 May 2021 and wanted to insure it. I was given a no. by the Sales guy to call Finrite to insure the phone. I called and they took my details and said the'll contact me, they never did. I called again and they took my details once again and said they'll contact me, they never did. I even sent an email myself about insuring the phone with all the relevant documents attached, they never did. I continued calling the *** no., I would hold for 30-45 mins with no answer, this happened everytime I called and I called about 8 times. I purchased the phone at Edgars, cash, because they said they offer insurance only to hit a brick wall. I'm very disappointed.
