Bad service from finrite

Most bad experience ever I have a laptop that is insured by finrite; I have been having issues since October 2021 this laptop is used for school purposes and I am studying IT do I need the laptop on a daily basis , this incident happened right before my exam I got in contact with the insurance company the sent a courier to pick it up and I received it 3 weeks later tried to use the laptop and noticed it was not repaired at all called again the picked up for the second time they kept it from for a few weeks and I received it back on the 10 January 2022 laptop was not used as school are not open yet now we tester the laptop it doesn't work this is ridiculous as I was told if they fail to fix they will replace so what am I paying for if they will play around like this. ***
