Bad service for Truworths-Hollard Cellphone insurance claim admin by finrite

I lost my Samsung S5 mini on 05/08/2017 and put in a claim with finrite administrators (Hollard Cellphone Insuranrance) and paid the access,i asked my cellphone to be replaced with an S series samsung of the value of my claim of which they cover up to R8000.i was they only have A range & J range samsung.I asked to talk to a manger n i asked for an S range phone and to pay the difference because i only want S range samsung since i was using one.To date iam still waiting for that phone and everytime i call i hold for long and be told the manager is biz and the dont call me back.This insurance sucks i regret y i took it the started with a monthly premium of about R99 then increased to R128 now they cant give me a phone always saying they don't have stock.
