Bad service

I have taken my phone for repairs to Finrite insurance about four weeks ago.i have tried countless times to get hold of them with no luck ,I tried viewing the status of my phone and still today haven't got any response.one of the numbers I was given is no longer in use and the landline one is eating my airtime.There is absolutely no assistance provided for me as a customer but a huge inconvenience to trust their services
