Bad service

I bought a cellphone at Foschini and took out insurance and was advised that the insurer was Finrite, the phone was thus ****** and I immediately contacted the insurer in order to claim but they failed to reply to my email and when I called them I was advised that the claim needed to be sent to Monitorsa and the documents were sent to monitorsa on the 10th of June 2022 and I was told about a 24 to 48 hour turn around time, I further logged a complaint and Finrite and monitorsa did not bother to get back to me with regards to my claim all I'm being told everytime I call the Finrite administrators is that my matter is being validated its been a month since I reported the matter and to date there is still no outcome of my claim both Finrite and their administrator Monitorsa have been nothing but unprofessional in dealing with my matter I am appauled at the service I have been getting, FROM SIPHOKAZI MTSHOKO
