Bad Service

Bad experience, I claimed for a phone in July 2021 till date January 2022 i haven't received it. The phone that i claimed for was Samsung A52 Dual Sim 128 Gb which happens to be discontinued now , Whenever i made a follow up i was told by agents that they will send the email to *** today no response i received... On the 11-01-2022 i called to change the order to Samsung A52s 128 and i was told it will be delivered shortly but that never happened , I then called again on the 27-01-2021 to find out what is the hold up ??The agent told me the request of the new phone was not processed as requested.
