Bad Service by Finrite cell c Insurance co.

Please assist me get my Blackberry z3 phone back from your company. I received a message ( in the form of SMS) on 31/03/2016 from FiNrite informing me that the phone had been repaired and I would receive it in Three to Four days time ( by 05/04/2016)<br> I have since been waiting for it. Every time I go to Truworths to get help in contacting FinRite, we get a different consultant and have to start story from start. One more thing, Finrite says the phone was dispatched on 24/03/2016 to delivery company ( Ram).
