Bad service

I claimed for a phone a month ago which was a struggle, then finally got a replacement then the replacement isnt working with a day delivered, then i told them that its not working i even stopped using the phone same time. Its been weeks phoning and emailing them for a replacement which was promised long ago. I am currently sitting without a phone but still paying for insurance. People should be warned about this Insurance company.
