bad service

i've submitted my claim for my cell phone on the 4th of january 2020 even today i haven't received it. each time when i call they telling me that they waiting for the service provider to update it on the system ever since the 8th till today i even know their consultant by name cause i call everyday but they tell me to wait for 48 hours .....this insurance is a *******
