Bad Service and lies Truworths Finrite Insurance

I would like to complain about Truworths finrite Insurance regarding my cellphone insurance I lodged my claim in September and paid my excess fee but nothing till today, I call almost every day all they do they promise me lies that my phone will be delivered between 3-5 days but till today I don't have a cellphone, all I am getting is bad service and lies all the time, so all I want to know is when will I get my cellphone.
