Bad service

I am still waiting for this people to call me regarding my claim,no has bothered to call me since from 2020/01/20.i had to call them spoke to vusimusi he promised to call me back then he never came back.i always repeat my self on one and tells me that they don't record our queries.i wanna get my phone then cancel the insurance for all my devices
