Bad service

I came to VODACOM wonderpark to claim my insurance as i was ****** at gun point. Insurance approved for my ckaim and Finrite admistrators Thato teamleader , Primrose team leader loaded the quotation incorrectly witg incorrect dealer code. I been in tge store for more than 3-4 hours. We spoje to Mmathapelo who hanged up on Lerato and didnt revert back to us. I am currently going through alot emotionally aftee being gun pointed. There was never an easy claim processing with Finrite I been on tge call for over 30 Minutes with Mmathapelo who is refusing to escalate the query for seniirs to resolve
