Bad service

I am absolutely appauled with the service that my mother has received by this institution. They have a lack of accountability and keeps on making promises that they think nothing to break. My mom constantly has to phone them to follow up on her cellohone claim. It's been almost 2 months since my mom paid the access amount of R389.90, but there's still no phone to show. I would not recommend Finrite to anyone, don't think that they deserve the one star rating that I have given them
