Bad service

I am saddened by the level of disrespect I have received from Finrite. Israel Pule, in particular, has no heart. He is a pathetic remorseless human being. I pay for my insurance every month but he keeps sending me to third parties who know nothing about Finrite. When I try to call him, it's either he's busy on another call or when they try to transfer my call, he puts its off. He doesn't even bother to answer my emails. This is heartbreaking
