Bad service

I am personally not happy about the service by Mr Kom who has not fulfilled the promise for installing a wifi router on two occasions 9 July 2020 and 13 July 2020 if however possible may Telkom please send another service provider as soon as possible as my son needs to do his school work sent to him by teachers but this is not possible because the router was not installed on 13 July as promised we are awaiting your service .Khanyisile Zwane
