BAD SERVICE

Good day,<br> <br> <br> I've send in a claim form to Finrite in January. It too them three weeks to come pick up the phone. When they eventually did pick up my phone they do not contact you and tell you what is going on. i had to phone the several times to find out what happened to my phone. they then said that they cannot fix it they will replace the phone.<br> They apparently put in an order so i was going to receive my phone in 5 to 7 days which never happened i phoned them on the 7th day to find out where the phone is then they told me that they can't find a similar phone they wanted to offer me another phone in the same price range. I then said i want the same phone so the lady called another store because she said she only honed two stores and they do not have the phone in stock. She found a store that had the phone then she placed an order as she said. i waited another 5-7 days because they say it takes about that long. Still no phone. I phoned them again then their excuse was the courier company didn't pick up the phone. a week later still no phone. then i phoned again a week later then the lady from the store didn't receive the email.
