Bad service

I claimed for my laptop last year September with finrite up until now I have received it they keep on saying the supplier does not have stock, l have been patient with them but now l have run out of it l need my money back, I spoke to Nqobile she said they will get back to me last week Friday but no one has call its been 8 months now still waiting lm really angry with the bad service that have received from both finrite and Holland
