Bad service

This 1s are the worst ********.....

Tried to claim for my lost gadget and was required to pay access fee of R800. I did and sent proof. Was later told my amount doesn't axist. I attached my bank statement. Was told to send a letter from the bank. I did.

Was then advised to wait for a call from finance team to arrange my replacement. Still no call nothing whatsoever only to be told my payment does not exist.
