BAD SERVICE

I purchased a phone at Edgars and took a Insurance threw them my phone was ****** i send all the documents threw that they required but between them and vodacom up and down vodacom was very helpful, I phoned FINRITE more than 55 times already i sent everything threw to them on the 3'de of June 2020 its already the 17th of June and there is just no letting me know back as to if my claim is accepted or not just nothing and if a person phone they are always off-line battling without a phone THIS IS THE BADDEST SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIVE
