Bad service
I am unsatisfied with the service of Finrite. My mom passed away on the 16th of August. She had funeral cover through Finrite. I contacted Finrite on the 16th, 17th and 21st of August to get all the necessary paperwork in order. I sent through my claim on the 21st of August and have still not received the money. I have not only contacted ********** but also ********** They not only haven't paid any of the money but they are also now ignoring my emails for the past 3 days.
