Hello I have a problem with Telkom Finrit Insurance I claimed for a lost phone way back at the beggining of September and up to this day I have no idea what is happening with my claim Their call centre agents are not taking calls The lady who was handling my claim isn't replying to my emails anymore Reference for my claim is TC003631
