Bad service....

I have claimed to repair my phone in December last year. Till now they have not repaired nor have they tried to assist me... I was opting to lay a charge of theft. Please assist me as my wife's stress levels are at a high, we wasted so much time and money in going to the store requesting them to assist us. I have copies of the mail correspondence between Edgar's and finrite. I'M POSTING THIS ON ALL PLATFORMS
