BAD SERVICE
My Brother in law has a cell phone insurance with Finrite under Telkom Id number *** he made a claim on his cell phone A7 Samsung that was broken it was said they will cover it but he will be getting an A70 Samsung the order was placed on the 6th December 2019 Ref TC 024693 he has been sending emails and calling till today he has not received the phone,told him he will get it before the 10th of January 2020 But the phone was not received
