Bad service

<p>Teboho from the complaints department promised to send me a cash payout within 72hours and that was last week Monday I have emailed him and he ignored my email until I emailed him again and he changed his statement. Truworths store where I bought the phone is not even willing to assist me and I'm being inconvinienced by finrite and their staff </p>
