Bad service

<p>I am not at all happy with your services.</p> <p>Game Finright Insurance is a **** of a company that just wants you to rush in paying for the access fee of the device you have insured but they take their own damn time to deliver.</p> <p>I recently put a claim on my phone and I did pay the access fee like 3 week ago but I still have not received my phone yet and no one has call to let me know why is it taking to ling or what’s happening, I had to use my own money to call them like 7 times and no one seems to know the issue or wants to help.</p> <p>I spoke to a lot of people , Thapelo, Abigale, Mathapelo, others I forgot and they all said the same story that my delivery order was not sent out but they failed to do that themselves while I was calling them every day for the past 3 weeks since I paid the access fee because I sent them an email on the 03-03-2017 and the phone was only collected by the Ram Hand-To-Hand Couriers and was told that told that I will take about 4 to 7 working days but that was a lie of cause coz I am still waiting. I am just fed up with this company coz they fail to deliver their world class service that they promised. I am going to take this matter further coz I want them to bring back my phone and I will look for another Insurance company that appreciates its customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just spoke to Khanyisile Mtimande and she assured me that some 1 will call me in 30 minutes and that was like at 11.30 when I made that call.. it’s been 4 hours and I haven’t received any call from them.. This is totally unacceptable.</p>
