Bad service
<p>I have done my cellphone insurance through Finrite Insurance Administrators. I sent my pgone in for repairs. I paid all the required fees. I phoned on 20/06 and they said the phone will be delivered on Wednesday 28/06. When I phoned on Wednesday they said the phone will be delivered on Friday as it is still at repairs. Now on Friday I phoned again and they said the phone have not yet been dispatched from repairs and I must phone again on Monday. No supervisor or Manager is ever available to talk to and to assist me. </p> <p>I am not happy at all with the service I receive.</p>

I have received an email to inform me that this prosses will be taking atleast another week. This means i will be without a phone for atleast that period of time. I find this totally unaceptable. I will be lodging a complaint to all companies that are involved with Finrite insurance. I pay my insurance promtly every month, and this is the kind of service i received, as a loyal client.
