BAD SERVICE!!!!!

<p>On 4 April 2017 I contacted Finrite Insurance to have my cellphones insurance called. Spoke to Busisiwe Mtshali who advised it takes 30days to cancel the Insurance as May 2017 would be the last Insurance instalment, however insurance money was deducted since May up until end July 2017. Called Finrite on Wednesday to speak to Busisiwe Mtshali with regards to the email I received from her on 4 April stating it takes 30days to cancel, the call centre agent whom I spoke to advised she’s no longer working there. The call center agent that I spoke to on 02 August 2017 still did not assist me. They are giving me the run around and no one is assisting me to resolve this query. I WANY MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU HAVE BEEN DEDUCTING SINCE I CALLED TO HAVE IT CALLED IN APRIL 2017 ALREADY!</p>
