I ve visited the Jet promenade store 7 times to queey my cellphone claim 7 times i ve heard that this call is recorded the first call on the 5 th the agent told me thats she s noted the reason why i put the claim in late i had infuense and then bronchites and that was the only day i was well enough for my daughter to bring me to the shop she said its noyed and i will receive notification by the monday i went down again then it was the claim is by the undewriters then the next one was there is a system error and the balance is wrong then it was jet it switching to tfg and i ll know by wednesday then it was again by the underwriters then i got a sms the application is incomplete went down the 7 th again the ageny told me its because the claim was done late ibexplained to her why it was late i was sick she said i ll get a sms by the end of the day i received no sms and now R175 00 airtime later the agent tell s me its because the account was in arrears he ll escalate the claim but it will take 14 days. This i regard as bad service howcome i was mis informed like this. Every month you take the insurance off and now the last comment its Hollard im really taking this further
