Bad Response from Telkom Insurance AdminPlus

I am highly disappointed by how this insurance company is handling my matter. They are forcing me to take an iPhone SE 128GB and I do not want it and it clearly stipulates on my insurance is worth R15000 and I can pay a difference of the shortfall should I want another phone. I want them to send me a catalogue of the prices as I have the right to choose the iPhone that I want they telling me about the space and storage, who said I wanted that? I am a loyal customer who pays on time. I am escalating this matter and this case is being dealt by Monique Gordon from Admin plus and they where double charging me for the access fee which I am suppose to pay R750 but they where charging me R1214.90. I had to pick that up because I had a copy of my insurance.
