Bad reputation of a company providing poor service

I really don't know how to react to the "bad" reviews that I am seeing here on this page when I have just taken an insurance policy with you guys less than a week ago. I really can't believe that TELKOM would still do business with you and still recommend people to take out an cellphone insurance with your company. I am going to cancel my insurance cover with you immediately as I do not want to experience any problems with you guys in future as I see you got no plans with changing you service and that I will be paying and wasting my money for such unpleasant service. There are really no good remarks regarding your company. So I would rather be safe than sorry. I am just trying to protect myself and my money, but all I can say to you guys is that you are going to loose out on a lot of customers and your company already has a bad name to it.
