Bad/Poor/Unprofesional Service

<p>I am so frustrated I don’t even know where to begin. first they have very rude agents who do not want to assist, nor to talk of their Team Leaders and Supervisors</p> <p>It’s been almost 3 weeks trying to get my insurance cell phone claim processed. I took out a cellphone contract with Cell C last year for an Iphone 6S plus, which I lost during the arm the *******. I had taken an insurance policy with Finrite soon after the purchase. Ive since been phoning Finrite to claim my cellphone but they are always giving me excuses.</p> <p>I really really regret the day I decided to join this insurance company they just make people’s lives leave in hell, and judging from the Helo Peter comments, im not the only one. It is sad because Cell C recommended Finrite when you taking out insurance, but this is how you treat your customers.</p>
