Bad insurance claim service

<p>I insured my laptop and claimed insurance but in the event of loss i claimed and was approved for 12000 and no edcon has anything not even a phone worth this much, i then called and was promised that they will look with their other suppliers but 3 months later nothing but still paying for insurance which i am not getting the service im paying for. Please assist in getting a replacement device.</p>
