BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FINRITE

I had the worst experience when I made a claim for my Jet cell phone insurance, administered by Finrite. I have had to call them every single day to request a resolution to my claim... Nail on the coffin was when they returned my phone without the sim slot, and claimed it was sent in without it. I have had to deal with weeks and weeks of back and forth, multiple consultants who promise to call back with feedback but never do, and no way of escalating the issue to anyone else.
