Bad Customer Service

The service is pathetic. I've never been this disappointed and frustrated in my life. Never. Ever will I associate myself with this company again. I've been waiting from the 22nd of July for them to update my details. Instead they drop the calls on me, I request for the manager they place me on hold for ages. I'm just fed up. I swear to God if I knew where your offices are I'd come and bash all the windows.. That's how angry I am. The manager Andile Mkhwa**** is not even bothered to contact me back. I request to speak to him daily but he's never available, doesn't even care to call back.
