Bad Customer Service

They don't deserve a star. Worst customer service received from a company!! Device insured send in for repairs in December 2021 and only received it back in April 2022, after I started phoning and complained why it's taking months to repair. Parts only ordered the 24 March 2022, now they expect me to pay excess fee to release the phone. No customer compassion at all. Worst people to seal with Marco Williams Wilber Van Rhyne and Leilane Ferris no compassion and can't offer a better solution
